About the job
Provides in-home phlebotomy and other preventative, diagnostic, and low-acuity services to patients, including collecting and managing samples.
What you'll do
- Travel to patients’ homes and perform services such as phlebotomy, specimen collection, screenings, retina exams, and ECGs.
- Prepare supplies and PPE, collect patient information, and provide care focused on patient comfort.
- Label collected samples and coordinate their delivery to a lab or shipment facility.

- State-required licensure and/or proof of training; national certification where state-level licensure is not required; Basic Life Support certification; and proof of course/program completion or certification based on licensure level.
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation using own vehicle.

Pay
