About the job
Provides in-home phlebotomy and other preventive and diagnostic services, traveling between patients and documenting visits and specimens.
What you'll do
- Travel to patients’ homes and provide blood draws, vitals, measurements, urine collection, and support with Annual Wellness Visits.
- Prepare supplies, manage the schedule independently, and create a professional patient experience.
- Document visits and properly label, handle, and transport specimens.

- Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; ability to drive before 7:00 a.m. and meet applicable state certification or licensing requirements.
Nice to have
- Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home.
