Senior Product Manager, Platform (Clinical)

What you'll do

• Set the vision and roadmap for patient records, service catalog and composition grammar, and authoring tools.
• Own the platform for integrating external clinical partners and expanding service coverage.
• Publish and version interfaces; manage migrations and deprecations while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

What they ask for

• 6+ years of product management experience, including at least two years owning platform, infrastructure, or API products used by other engineering teams.
• Experience making hard-coded behavior data-driven and configurable, with judgment about what to parameterize.
• Experience designing core entities and lifecycles, shipping versioned interfaces, and deprecating interfaces other teams depend on.
• Platform experience in a high-stakes environment where misconfiguration has auditable consequences.

Nice to have

• Startup experience, especially during rapid growth.
• Shipped a rules engine, policy editor, or pathway builder used by non-engineers in production.

Pay

USD $175K – $220K base salary
