Supports global trading platform readiness and end-to-end trade flow, resolving incidents and coordinating changes and improvements.
What you'll do
- Monitor trade flow, troubleshoot alerts and issues, and escalate to minimize impact and prevent outages.
- Manage incidents, user requests, scheduled jobs, reports, and application, network, and server changes.
- Work with trading, operations, brokers, exchanges, and technical teams to improve workflows and automate repetitive processes.
