About the job
Designs, implements, tests, and deploys features and performance improvements for core software infrastructure supporting Stack AV’s safety-critical autonomous vehicle platform.
What you'll do
- Develop high-throughput, low-latency logging frameworks for telemetry, event, and console data.
- Build and optimize Clockwork features and interfaces in collaboration with Autonomy, Cloud, and Safety teams.
- Develop and maintain sensor interfaces and ensure software quality through testing and code review.
What they ask for
- Proficiency in C++ and understanding of multithreading, concurrency, lock-free data structures, and memory management.
- Understanding of POSIX, Linux, networking fundamentals, and concurrent programming.
- Experience developing high-performance software systems in resource-constrained environments.
- Comfort debugging embedded systems.

- Performance evaluation and optimization experience.
