What you'll do
- Contribute to and maintain the People Technology roadmap; administer and optimize HR systems and processes.
- Design automation and AI-powered workflows, and build API integrations and cross-system data flows.
- Partner with People & Culture teams and stakeholders to assess needs, recommend tools, and support efficient operations.
