What you'll do
- Design and execute statewide grassroots strategies, campaigns, events, and field tactics.
- Lead the grassroots team and oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance, development, and offboarding.
- Own grassroots data strategy and integrity; coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and coalition partners.
