About the job
Build and lead the program-management operating model for Stand Together’s portfolio of in-person experiences, from intake and approvals through execution, evaluation, and improvement.
What you'll do
- Manage intake, approvals, event coordination, and steering committee support for in-person experiences.
- Oversee the year-round event calendar, resolve scheduling and resource conflicts, and track status, owners, and deadlines.
- Coordinate debriefs and follow-up reviews, capture insights, and recommend process and tooling improvements.
