What you'll do
- Lead and develop the Partner Experience team and set standards for consistent, personalized service.
- Oversee partner experiences across events and year-round engagement, including agendas, briefings, preparation, and follow-up.
- Build partner relationships and scalable systems for partner knowledge, feedback, measurement, and continuous improvement.
