Runs portfolio operations and produces donor-facing materials and workflows to support partner engagement and deliver a reliable donor experience.
What you'll do
- Maintain Salesforce records, financial tracking, portfolio tools, and task status.
- Prepare meeting, briefing, proposal, and stewardship materials; coordinate donor meetings, visits, and events.
- Execute recurring communications and workflows, track deadlines, and flag risks or gaps.
