What you'll do

• Set and steward the portfolio’s strategy and theory of change; coordinate its National Narrative, Action, and Civics pillars.
• Align high-profile philanthropic, sports, entertainment, and civics partners around a shared agenda and integrate organizational capabilities into portfolio plans.
• Manage experiments, accountability systems, decision-making structures, and leadership development across the portfolio.

What they ask for

• Significant leadership experience in a large, complex philanthropic organization, foundation, or corporate social impact function, with a record of driving strategy at national scale.
• Ability to develop and execute audience identification and engagement strategies.
• Ability to convene diverse, high-profile stakeholders around a shared agenda and develop complex theories of change across multiple issues or portfolios.
• Strong external communication skills and grounding in the country’s founding principles, including individual liberty, civic virtue, and classical constitutional values.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of national narrative or movement-marketing campaigns, civics education, or cultural and entertainment partnerships.
• Experience scaling a national brand or cultural campaign with celebrity, sports-league, or entertainment-industry partners; fluency with AI-enabled knowledge and synthesis tools.

Pay

USD 200,000–250,000 per-year-salary (base salary)
