Manages the day-to-day delivery of a nonprofit leader coaching program, including operations, impact measurement, vendor coordination, events, and learning sessions.
What you'll do
- Manage participant communications and program operations from onboarding through closeout; measure outcomes and report on key performance indicators.
- Vet and manage vendors and contractors, coordinate internal stakeholders, and plan and deliver virtual and in-person learning events.
- Facilitate learning sessions and develop program materials, guides, and follow-up resources.

- 5+ years of program and/or project management, with demonstrated success managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience with survey design, data synthesis, and reporting on program outcomes.
- Vendor and contract coordination experience.
- Confident facilitation skills, or strong aptitude and interest in developing them; excellent written communication.

- Experience with nonprofit capacity-building, leadership development, or coaching programs; experience with learning design.
