Analyst, Business Operations & Intelligence

What you'll do

• Update, standardize, enrich, deduplicate, and synchronize CRM and ERP records; resolve data errors and handle documented data requests.
• Build and maintain relationship, pipeline, KPI, invoice, and portfolio reporting inputs and trackers.
• Document and improve data processes, execute scoped data projects, and use AI tooling to automate recurring workflows and train colleagues.

What they ask for

• Degree or demonstrated proficiency in data science, data analytics, information systems, or a comparable quantitative field, with working command of SQL and structured data manipulation.
• 1–3 years of relevant full-time experience in data operations, business analytics, CRM/ERP administration, or financial services operations, or an equivalent internship track.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and working familiarity with CRM / ERP platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, discretion, and ability to manage recurring deliverables and competing priorities.

Nice to have

• Python or comparable scripting.
• Exposure to Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
