What you'll do
- Manage and develop analysts and interns, including workload allocation, quality control, training, and performance development.
- Own firmwide data-request processes and quality standards; integrate data across LP, portfolio, fund, and origination domains into reports and dashboards.
- Oversee data projects and offshore workflows, and partner on the data lakehouse migration and AI-enabled reporting roadmap.
