The HR Manager partners with Starburst’s EMEA R&D organization in Warsaw, leading regional culture, employee feedback, hiring, onboarding, and retention while providing backup office and People Operations support.
What you'll do
- Build team health and culture by partnering with managers, analyzing employee feedback and exits, and coordinating tracked improvement actions.
- Lead regional engineering hiring and onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interview design, offers, logistics, and internal mobility.
- Provide secondary coverage for Warsaw office operations and EMEA People Operations activities.
