Manages technical customer engagements, architecting solutions with Starburst products and driving adoption and business outcomes across the customer journey.
What you'll do
- Build customer relationships, advise champions and stakeholders, and serve as a primary customer contact throughout engagements.
- Collaborate with sales and internal delivery teams to identify use cases, deliver solutions, and drive adoption toward customer success criteria.
- Monitor engagement KPIs and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction and delivery efficiency.
