About the job
Operate and improve Stedi’s healthcare transaction enrollment program, helping providers register with payers while scaling workflows and automation.
What you'll do
- Run and scale day-to-day enrollment operations, improving the playbook across payers.
- Work with customers, payers, intermediaries, and internal teams to resolve enrollment issues and obtain approvals.
- Build payer-specific enrollment guidance, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with product and engineering on improvements.
