About the job
Own and build the systems and workflows that verify, onboard, provision, contract, and bill Stedi customers, while supporting pricing decisions and improving the customer journey.
What you'll do
- Own customer account verification, provisioning, access, and lifecycle workflows.
- Build and operate billing systems that support complex pricing and contract structures; prepare new products to be sellable at launch.
- Automate operational processes and partner across teams on customer workflows and analyses of pricing, packaging, and product usage.
