About the job
Provides electrical engineering and construction management support as the Government’s owner’s representative for construction and facility projects at the Wilmington VA Medical Center.
What you'll do
- Review project documents and electrical systems for constructability, completeness, and compliance; identify deficiencies and risks.
- Support project delivery across planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, coordinating with VA staff and project stakeholders.
- Monitor contractor performance, track corrective actions, and maintain project records while supporting patient safety and continuity of healthcare operations.
