About the job
Builds and operates security infrastructure and automation for a VA Disability Claims platform in AWS GovCloud, including SIEM log pipelines, secure deployment pipelines, and cloud security controls.
What you'll do
- Own and monitor security log pipelines into Microsoft Sentinel, including onboarding sources and validating ingestion.
- Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for Terraform and Terragrunt, with security controls for infrastructure and container deployments.
- Maintain cloud security baselines and document controls and runbooks supporting compliance and authorization activities.
What they ask for
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, cloud security, security engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, CI/CD security, SIEM log pipelines, and AWS security services in multi-account environments.
- Experience securing containerized workloads and scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Nice to have
