About the job
Leads the day-to-day operation of SteerBridge’s Compliance Management System, overseeing compliance programs and serving as a key liaison with issuing banks, regulators, auditors, and third-party providers.
What you'll do
- Administer the CMS, including policies, procedures, risk assessments, governance, monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions.
- Assess regulatory changes and review products, customer communications, disclosures, terms, and fees for compliance risks.
- Oversee compliance for payment products, AML/BSA, financial crimes, training, audits, examinations, and banking partner inquiries.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Law, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- 10+ years of compliance, risk, or regulatory experience in banking, financial services, payments, or a related regulated industry.
- Significant experience in a bank, financial institution, or regulated financial services environment, including payment products, card programs, or banking partnerships.
- U.S. citizenship; strong knowledge of consumer financial regulations and experience managing compliance programs, including AML/BSA and financial crimes compliance.
Nice to have
- 12+ years of overall professional experience; experience with credit cards, payments, fintech, sponsor or issuing banks, BaaS, or embedded finance.

Pay
USD 150,000–190,000 per-year-salary (base salary)
