About the job
Leads software QA strategy across SteerBridge products and platforms, building testing capabilities and ensuring implementations meet requirements and functional and security standards before release.
What you'll do
- Own QA frameworks, tools, test execution, reporting, and analytics across products and platforms.
- Partner with technical leads and Product Owners to validate implementations against documentation, priorities, requirements, and compliance standards.
- Develop reusable QA components and tools, mentor engineers, and support release readiness and cross-team issue resolution.

- 8+ years of software testing experience, including performance and load testing across multiple products and platforms.
- Advanced familiarity with Pytest, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG, including extending frameworks with plugins, fixtures, or similar components.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Python, plus strong Linux system administration and shell scripting skills.
