About the job
Provides hands-on IT operations and technical support for Stoke Space’s Launch Complex and Launch Control Center, maintaining reliable systems and assisting personnel across the launch site.
What you'll do
- Support and troubleshoot computers, devices, applications, user access, networks, conference rooms, AV systems, and other launch-site technology.
- Set up and maintain workstations, accounts, IT assets, inventory, and system documentation; support upgrades and infrastructure projects.
- Serve as a responsive IT contact for launch-site personnel and maintain ownership of issues through resolution.

Pay
$89,040 - $133,560 (base salary); $111,300 - $166,950 (base salary)
