Provides frontline IT support to local, remote, and mobile employees by troubleshooting systems, configuring devices, managing accounts, and supporting IT operations.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues across employee devices and Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
