Manages a portfolio of cyber research and development programs from proposal through execution and transition, coordinating technical, financial, schedule, and business operations.
What you'll do
- Manage program technical, financial, and schedule performance, risks, milestones, and delivery objectives.
- Coordinate with customers, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and internal support functions; manage technical personnel.
- Support portfolio operations including staff and financial planning, recruiting, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement.
