What you'll do
- Lead software development from requirements through deployment and sustainment, including architecture, integration, testing, and demonstrations.
- Translate customer needs into requirements, plans, architectures, milestones, and acceptance criteria; manage tasks, risks, dependencies, and progress.
- Lead and mentor engineers and collaborate with researchers, systems engineers, DevSecOps personnel, and mission partners.

- Experience with distributed or data-intensive architectures, DevSecOps, large codebases, decentralized systems, customer/capture support, or LLM-enabled development tools.
Pay
$180,000 - $230,000 USD base salary
