Manages a portfolio of cyber R&D programs from marketing and proposal development through execution, close-out, and transition, ensuring technical, financial, schedule, and customer objectives are met.
What you'll do
- Manage program phases, performance, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery quality.
- Coordinate with customers, multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and internal support functions to resolve issues and execute contracts.
- Support portfolio operations, including staff and financial planning, recruiting, onboarding, and process improvement.
