What you'll do
- Own cost, schedule, and earned value performance, including control account planning, baselines, forecasting, and reporting.
- Advise senior leaders and drive cost governance, recovery plans, risk mitigation, and EVMS improvement.
- Support customer reviews, audits, contracts, proposals, and mentor cost analysts and CAMs.
What they ask for
- 15+ years of progressive experience in program controls, cost management, earned value management, or financial leadership in aerospace, defense, or high-technology fields.
- Experience managing cost performance for complex multidisciplinary programs exceeding $50M–$100M annually.
- Expert knowledge of EVMS principles, government reporting requirements, baseline planning, and performance management.
- Mastery of MS Excel; proficiency with EVMS and/or ERP tools; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
Nice to have
- Aerospace development, flight test, or launch vehicle program experience; familiarity with aircraft systems, integration campaigns, or hypersonic test operations.
- Direct experience with IPMR/CPR, CFSR, or other government reporting frameworks; PMP, EVMP, or advanced program/cost management certification.
