What you'll do
- Lead technical reviews, mechanical problem solving, conceptual design, and mentorship across the mechanical design group.
- Create technical standards and capability roadmaps; lead high-impact problem-solving efforts and IRAD projects.
- Support proposals, recruiting, and program execution through collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
