About the job
Leads a hands-on backend engineering team building and operating Strava’s subscription and payments platform and the products it supports.
What you'll do
- Lead, hire, coach, and develop a team of server engineers while contributing code and technical designs.
- Own the technical roadmap, architecture, reliability, on-call, and incident response for subscription and payment systems.
- Partner across product, design, accounting, and marketing to prioritize and deliver platform and product work.
