What you'll do
- Standardize workplace operations, security, and visitor protocols across 9+ offices and build scalable processes for expansion.
- Manage and coach workplace professionals across US offices; own the global employee experience workplace budget, landlord relationships, and vendor negotiations.
- Lead San Francisco office operations, including events, space planning, and workplace systems, while partnering with People, IT/Security, and Legal.
