Own Strella’s end-to-end recruiting function, hiring across go-to-market and engineering while building its recruiting processes and pipeline.
What you'll do
- Manage full-cycle searches, from role intake and sourcing through candidate evaluation and signed offers.
- Build recruiting processes, including interviews, scorecards, the ATS, reporting, and candidate experience.
- Partner with founders and hiring managers on headcount planning, compensation, market conditions, and employer brand.
