AI Solutions Program Manager, Finance

What you'll do

• Diagnose Finance workflows and build AI and automation solutions from prototype through validation, monitoring, and handoff.
• Write and optimize SQL and develop reusable data, knowledge, evaluation, and quality components for reliable agent outputs.
• Train and coach Finance teams, document solutions, and establish monitoring and operational practices for long-term ownership.

What they ask for

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, technical operations, business intelligence, automation, solutions delivery, or a related field, including 2+ years in program management alongside business leaders on process transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, agents, automations, or workflows that changed a real business process.
• Strong SQL proficiency, including complex queries using CTEs, window functions, and joins.
• Track record of independently scoping and delivering technical process-improvement solutions through adoption.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in Finance Operations, FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Payments, or related areas.
• Familiarity with Python, Databricks, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, data-quality controls, or Model Context Protocol.
