About the job
Provides commercial legal support to Stripe’s Americas Sales team, leads strategic negotiations, and advises on products, expansion, and legal processes.
What you'll do
- Lead negotiations for complex and strategic commercial agreements and advise on new product launches and international expansion.
- Draft and maintain agreements and playbooks, improve processes, and use AI tools to support the Commercial Legal team.
- Partner with cross-functional and global teams; deliver Sales training and serve as an escalation point for outside counsel.
