About the job
Build and scale the systems, workflows, programs, budgets, and reporting that support Stripe’s Communications team and its work.
What you'll do
- Create team processes, onboarding resources, and playbooks; automate administrative workflows using AI-enabled tools.
- Manage complex communications programs from planning through execution, including objectives, milestones, and reporting.
- Oversee budget and resource processes and build reporting systems and dashboards to measure communications impact and operational efficiency.
