What you'll do
- Analyze the efficiency and ROI of headcount and non-headcount investments, and support budgeting, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range planning.
- Build and maintain financial models, define business performance metrics, and partner with teams such as Data Science on reporting dashboards.
- Improve finance processes and use AI tools, Google sheets, and SQL to support analysis, efficiency, and automation.
