Instructional Designer, Global Sales Enablement

What you'll do

• Develop e-learning, blended learning, and performance support resources using instructional design principles and approved AI tools.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to assess learning needs and ensure content is accurate.
• Manage content projects and improve materials using learner feedback and learning activity data.

What they ask for

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, or a related learning-content development role.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or comparable software.
• Ability to explain complex information through clear writing, visual design, and learning activities.
• Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and managing content-development tasks, deadlines, feedback, and learning data.

Nice to have

• Experience developing learning content for sales or customer-facing teams; familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
• Experience with large language models, Adobe Creative Suite, video or multimedia production, game-based or mobile learning, agile methods, or Kanban.
