What you'll do
- Scope customer needs and guide usage-based pricing, solution design, and platform configuration.
- Design and deliver Metronome integrations with customers’ business systems; manage testing, migration, launch, and handoff.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams, communicate progress and risks, and advocate for customer needs.
