About the job
Leads complex customer implementations of Metronome, from discovery and integration design through configuration, testing, data migration, launch, and handoff.
What you'll do
- Scope customer needs and advise on usage-based pricing, billing, and pricing and packaging strategies.
- Design and configure Metronome integrations with customer systems, and lead implementation activities through launch.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage progress and risks, and ensure handoff to Customer Success and Technical Support.
