Builds and operates production machine learning systems that recommend Stripe products, content, and next steps to businesses across Growth Platform surfaces.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and maintain recommendation, ranking, and personalized action models; improve contextual bandit and policy-learning approaches.
- Build data and feature pipelines, evaluation and rollout tooling, and reliable ML operations; monitor and improve model and pipeline performance.
- Partner across engineering, data science, product, marketing, and sales to run experiments and connect model performance to user and business outcomes.
