Leads Stripe’s Platforms Solutions Architecture team, partnering across the business to grow existing customer accounts and deliver technical solutions for SaaS platforms.
What you'll do
- Recruit, lead, coach, and retain a pre-sales team; define measures of team performance and impact.
- Develop segment strategy and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams on go-to-market initiatives, retention, and growth.
- Support complex customer evaluations and executive engagements, represent the voice of users to product teams, and serve as an escalation point for technical issues.
