What you'll do
- Coordinate recurring compliance audits, including evidence gathering, timelines, and audit-team communication.
- Track regulatory filings and changes, and improve HR processes using data-driven insights.
- Maintain Workday data and SOPs, and partner with cross-functional teams and compliance vendors.
