Manages Stripe’s privacy operations programs and documentation, improving and scaling processes to support consistent, auditable handling of privacy requests and regulatory requirements.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end privacy programs, including data subject requests, privacy assessments, records of processing activities, transfer impact assessments, and cookie compliance.
- Improve and automate workflows; maintain auditable documentation, playbooks, and customer response libraries.
- Coordinate with Privacy Legal, Privacy Engineering, and company partners; triage incoming requests and route Jira run tickets.

- 5+ years of privacy program management and a track record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional, organization-wide programs.
- Experience with privacy legislation such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA.
- Hands-on experience with privacy impact assessments, data subject request workflows, records of processing activities, or other core privacy program operations.
- Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and project management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments; previous tech industry experience is a plus.
- Experience using AI in privacy operations, third-party risk management, RFP or DDQ responses, cross-border transfer assessments, or a privacy certification such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPM.
