Supports supplier contracting from initial questions and use-case review through commercial negotiation and end-to-end contract lifecycle management.
What you'll do
- Guide DRIs through supplier risk assessment and contracting, review use cases and prepare agreements for legal review.
- Review and negotiate commercial terms in supplier agreements and manage engagements in procurement and contract lifecycle systems.
- Coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, Third Party Risk, and business stakeholders to resolve inquiries and prepare risk-balanced contracts.
