Owns design for Stripe’s internal Developer Productivity and Collaboration tools, improving workflows and knowledge discovery for employees.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design of internal tools, from discovery and problem framing through prototyping and implementation support.
- Partner with engineering and product managers to define requirements and create usable design solutions; conduct lightweight research and usability sessions.
- Help maintain a consistent design language across internal tools in coordination with the Sail Design team and Stripe design system.
