About the job
Leads and develops an Americas-based enterprise sales team to grow Stripe Billing revenue, win strategic customers, and execute go-to-market plans.
What you'll do
- Recruit, coach, and manage sales executives, including performance and career development.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans with Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing; track results and recommend actions.
- Drive regional revenue, attach rates, and customer acquisition, while supporting the team on strategic deals.
