What you'll do
- Assess sales motions and operational risks during due diligence; create executable integration plans and operating models.
- Coordinate cross-functional integration across sales, systems, reporting, enablement, and related workstreams.
- Build readiness criteria, reporting mechanisms, and reusable M&A integration playbooks; evaluate outcomes and recommend adjustments.
