- Lead architecture, roadmaps, and technical standards for complex, cross-team platform initiatives.
- Build, maintain, and improve scalable services, code, and system reliability; handle production issues and incident response.
- Partner across engineering teams to develop documentation solutions and guide AI/LLM integration into platforms and authoring tools.
