What you'll do
- Lead customer POCs from scoping through activation and handoff, including discovery, solution design, and prototyping.
- Coordinate customer and Stripe teams to address integration or product gaps and establish paths to production.
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements and reusable prototypes, reference architectures, and playbooks.
