Staff Product Manager, Connect

What you'll do

• Set the roadmap and lead product decisions and launches for key Connect account-platform areas.
• Partner with engineering, design, users, Sales, Partnerships, and Stripe teams to build intuitive API and product experiences from real use cases.
• Lead cross-functional work from discovery through launch, measuring developer experience, adoption, user value, and business impact.

What they ask for

• 7+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning platform, API, or developer-facing products end to end.
• Demonstrated ability to own a product area end to end: setting strategy, driving execution, and measuring outcomes.
• Strong analytical instincts and comfort defining the measurement framework before launch.
• Clear written communication and ability to build alignment across functions and levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
• Experience productizing bespoke or custom solutions into broadly available platform capabilities; track record of making foundational investments ahead of demand.
